Every product sold by GreenBox Shop is fully tested, quality checked and backed by a 12-month warranty. Use the guide below to understand the differences between our product conditions.

New

Brand new and unused in the manufacturer’s original condition. 

Renewed to 'As New'

Our Renewed As New products have been professionally tested, cleaned and restored to factory settings by our in-house technicians. They are in excellent cosmetic condition, with little or no visible signs of use, and are fully functional.

Most Renewed to 'As New' items have been returned within the customer’s 14-day cooling-off period because they changed their mind. Others may simply have opened or damaged packaging, be missing printed manuals, or have been repaired under warranty before being fully tested.

Because of their outstanding condition, you would be hard pushed to tell an Renewed to 'As New' product from a brand new one – making them a fantastic way to save money without compromising on quality.

Refurbished B-Grade

Our Refurbished B-Grade products are fully tested, cleaned and restored to factory settings by our in-house technicians. They are in full working order but show more noticeable cosmetic wear from previous use.

Cosmetic imperfections may include scratches, scuffs, dents, marks, dead pixels or other signs of wear. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the product’s performance.

All products come with a 12-month GreenBox Shop warranty.
