Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make the returns process as simple as possible.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To arrange a return, please email shop@greenboxshop.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once we've confirmed your return, you'll have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong product.

Returning Your Item

To help us process your return quickly, please ensure your parcel includes:

  • The product, preferably in its original packaging.
  • All accessories supplied with the item, including chargers, cables, batteries, remote controls and manuals where applicable.
  • Your order number or completed returns form (if provided).

Please package your item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Sending Your Return

We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

GreenBox Shop cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit if they are not received by us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your payment provider to complete the transaction.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, develops a fault, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@greenboxshop.co.uk.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
