Every product sold by GreenBox Shop includes a minimum 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

What's Covered?

Our warranty covers faults caused by manufacturing defects or component failure during normal use.

What's Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage
Liquid or water damage
Misuse, neglect or improper installation
Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance of the product
Normal wear and tear

Consumable items such as rechargeable batteries, cartridges, cables and power adapters are covered for 90 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
