Delivery

Delivery is a 2-3 business day – doorstep pallet service. The Samsung TV will be securely strapped to a pallet which will be unloaded and delivered to ground level only.

On delivery day, the driver will transport your pallet to the delivery location for you. You must ensure there is a secure and appropriate delivery point, on ground level, for the driver to unload your pallet prior to their arrival.

The delivery vehicles are fitted with tail lifts and they carry pallet trucks too, so when it comes to moving your pallet from the truck to the delivery point, there should be no issues.
