Refurbished Products
All refurbished products sold by Greenbox Shop are fully tested, quality checked and restored to factory settings by our in-house technician.
A refurbished product may have been previously owned, returned, ex-display or simply opened. Every product is restored to full working order before being resold.
All refurbished products are fully functional. The grade simply reflects the cosmetic condition and level of visible wear:
A-Grade / Excellent / Renewed / As New:
Fully working and in excellent cosmetic condition, with little or no visible signs of previous use.
Because of their outstanding condition, you would be hard pushed to tell these products from brand new, making them a fantastic way to save money without compromising on quality.
B-Grade / Very Good:
Fully working but with more noticeable cosmetic wear from previous use.
Cosmetic imperfections may include scratches, scuffs, dents, marks, dead pixels or other signs of wear. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the product’s performance.
